Elder Shield Foundation, Inc. respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not ask you to create an account. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:

Donations. Card and bank donations are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see or store your full card or bank account number. We receive your name, email address, billing address, and the amount of your gift so we can send receipts and keep required records.

Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

We use your information only to process and acknowledge donations, respond to your questions, provide the services you ask for, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor), or when required by law.

If you come to us for help

Information you share about a scam or a family situation is kept confidential and used only to help you. We will not share it without your permission, except when the law requires us to, or when someone's safety is at immediate risk.
